Born in Rome, Italy Stefano learnt his craft in both Rome and London's West end venues such as "Obar," Soho and "Grafic," London. He brings over ten years of experience and talent to deliver some of the finest tasting cocktails in London! 

Stefano specializes in the creation of cocktail recipes, reached final stages at the "El Dorado Rum Competition" and at the "Legends of Bartending World." He also regularly holds master classes showcasing the latest and most progressive techniques in the bar industry.
