Born in Naples, Italy and bred in the UK. Antonio Focaccio brings over 10 years of knowledge and experience to our concept. Antonio originally trained as a chef in Naples, developing his unique skills and incorporating his legendary recipes and ingredients. These have been passed down through generations of the Focaccio family and most importantly from his Neapolitan grandma.
Having travelled the world and worked as a professional chef in many top restaurants, Antonio has the passion and the pallet to bring the most traditional Italian dishes to life in Lava Lanes!
