All reservations must pay a 50% deposit to confirm, we do not hold any provisional bookings.
A minimum £5 deposit per lane per hour may be requested for advance bowling reservations.
Any deposit or pre payment is non - refundable and not - transferrable in any circumstance. The management team may take it into consideration if sufficient notice is provided.
Lava Lanes does not hold any liability for non completion of an event beyond our control.
Not providing sufficient notice for a reduction in numbers and meaning that it may cause a loss of commercial business will mean the cost must be paid. (I.E for the additional lane no longer required).
Lava Lanes takes no liability for any lost property or personal injuries on the premises.
Your own health and safety should be adhered to at all times.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied with an adult at all times.
Each guest under 18 after 1800 must be accompanied by and adult at all times.
No food or drinks not purchased at Lava Lanes can be consumed on the premises.
Any packages including buffet menu choices must be consumed on the premises and cannot be taken away.
Lava Lanes dress code includes no hats, caps or hooded tops.
Bowling shoes must not be worn outside and must be returned before leaving.
Lava Lanes does not take any responsibility for lost belongings and anything that has been left behind will only be kept for a maximum of 14 days.
Lava Lanes management team reserves the right to refuse entry for any guests, cancellation or closure of any party, promotion or event at any time.
